We are happy to reschedule or cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. However, changes made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $40 fee. You can modify or cancel your appointment through your email confirmation.
We kindly request that clients arrive no later than 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment. Arrivals after this time will be subject to a $40 late fee and the appointment will be fully canceled.
Clients who fail to show up without prior notice will be charged 50% cost of the service.
